Hi! I'm Sophia, the face, heart, and hands behind Sophia’s Home!

Sophia’s Home started with something very personal to me: my own struggles with sensitive skin, eczema, and sensitivity to artificial fragrances.

For as long as I can remember, finding skincare products that worked for me hasn't always been easy. Between dealing with eczema flare-ups, sensitive skin, and irritation from artificial scents, something as simple as finding a soap or body product I could enjoy became frustrating. I wanted products that smelled beautiful, felt luxurious, and were made with ingredients I could actually feel good about putting on my skin.

So, I decided to start making my own.

What began as experimenting with different ingredients, scents, and recipes slowly turned into something I never imagined—a small business built from my own experiences, creativity, and passion for handmade products.

That's how Sophia’s Home was born. 🌿

From the very beginning, my goal has been to create products with thoughtfully selected natural and organic ingredients while being mindful of what goes into each and every one.

The beautiful colors in my products come from cosmetic-grade mica powders, rather than traditional artificial dyes. For fragrance, I choose from essential oils, food extracts, and water-based organic fragrance oils, depending on the product. I also love offering unscented options for those who, like me, prefer to enjoy their skincare without added fragrance.

I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to have sensitive skin, which is why I'm passionate about being transparent about my ingredients and giving customers options that fit their personal preferences. While everyone's skin is different, I want people to feel confident knowing what they're purchasing and bringing into their homes.

But Sophia’s Home has grown into so much more than skincare.

I've always had a creative side and a love for making things with my own two hands. From handcrafted soaps, body butters, and sugar scrubs to candles, wax melts, and other little luxuries, every product gives me an opportunity to create something special.

My goal has never been to just sell products. It's to create little moments of comfort, happiness, and self-care that everyone deserves to experience.

As a small business owner, I'm constantly learning, experimenting, and improving. Every new product, every order, and every bit of support means more to me than I can put into words.
